By using the NEAT platform, you agree to abide by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before using
our services.
1. Use of the Platform:
NEAT is a platform dedicated to providing interior design and consultation services.
The platform must be used for lawful and personal purposes only. Any unauthorized commercial use is strictly prohibited.
Users must provide accurate and up-to-date information when registering or using any of the platform’s services.
2. Accounts and Users:
Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account login information.
Account sharing with third parties is not permitted without prior written approval from NEAT.
NEAT reserves the right to suspend or delete any account that violates the terms or is used in an illegal or inappropriate manner.
3. Orders and Payments:
Orders are processed after successful payment through authorized payment gateways.
Orders cannot be canceled or refunded once work has begun by the designer, except in exceptional cases to be evaluated by
the NEAT administration.
The prices displayed on the platform are subject to change at any time without prior notice.
4. Consumer Financial Rights:
Users are entitled to a full refund in the event that the delivery time exceeds the following limits
50 days for interior design services
14 days for consultation services.
This is a guaranteed right for all customers and will be applied automatically once the condition is met — no additional
justification is required.
5. Intellectual Property Rights:
All designs, content, and information on the platform are the intellectual property of NEAT or its designers. It is strictly
prohibited to copy or use any of them without prior written permission.
NEAT has the right to use project images (with personal data removed) for marketing or portfolio purposes, unless the client
explicitly requests otherwise at the time of agreement and payment.
6. Disclaimer:
NEAT is not liable for any damages resulting from misuse of the platform or reliance on any of its content.
Services are provided “as is” without any warranties, whether express or implied.
7. Amendments to Terms:
NEAT reserves the right to update or change these terms and conditions at any time. Users will be notified of major updates via
email or through the platform.
Your continued use of the platform after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
